Registration

General Information:
IPI SLC's programs are open to mental health professionals or students who are interested in psychodynamic, psychoanalytic or object relations theory. Our training events are attended by a diverse body of participants at various levels of experience, from all mental health disciplines. IPI SLC does not discriminate against registrants on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, gender, sexual preference or physical handicap.

Registration Procedures:

Register early to receive advance readings
Please note that readings are provided for many of IPI SLC's programs. To receive them in time, early registration is recommended.

• For conferences with limited seating, pre-paid registration (by mail) is required.
• For conferences without limited seating, same-day in-person registration will be permitted with an additional $15 fee.
• To register in advance for any of IPI SLC's training events, download the form below, print it, fill it out, and send it with your check to IPI SLC, 505 East 200 South, Suite 303, Salt Lake City, UT 84102. • All registrations by mail must be accompanied by payment.
• Make checks payable to IPI SLC
• Unless otherwise noted, registration will be possible at the site of IPI SLC's training events, on the day of the event, space permitting.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: full refund of registration fee, minus a $20 non-refundable processing fee
• Cancellations made between one week and 30 days in advance: 50% refund of registration fee
• Cancellations made less than one week in advance will not be refunded.
  

IPI SLC reserves the right to cancel conferences or programs in the case of insufficient registration or other unforeseeable circumstances. In the event of cancellation by IPI SLC, registrants will be notified and all fees refunded in full. IPI SLC accepts no further liability to students, faculty or guest speakers.
